At Without a Pádel, we aim to deliver your order quickly and efficiently. Below you'll find our shipping options, timeframes, and other important details regarding deliveries within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Options

Standard Delivery

  • Cost: Estimated at checkout

  • Carrier: Royal Mail

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2PM will be processed the next business day.

  • During busy periods (e.g. sales or holidays), dispatch may take an additional 1–2 days.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all residential and commercial addresses across the United Kingdom, including:

  • England

  • Scotland

  • Wales

  • Northern Ireland

  • Channel Islands & Isle of Man (some services may take longer or cost more)

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, please:

  1. Check the tracking link in your confirmation email.

  2. Contact us via our Contact Us page or email us at info@withoutapadel.com with your order number.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors (e.g. weather, strikes), but we’ll always do our best to help.

Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply
